Shelter kit Distribution
Project Description:
In 2017 ADRA Bangladesh distributed more than 12,000 shelter kits among Rohingya community in different camps. In 2018 and following on from the 2017 intervention, UNHCR is funding ADRA Bangladesh for shelter kits distribution, site improvement, upgrade of makeshift shelters before the monsoon season in 2018. Refugees continue to arrive and there is an acute need for emergency shelters and other essential lifesaving items especially for pregnant women and children who are most vulnerable. ADRA will contribute to the work required before the monsoon comes to provide shelter kits.
